How are members without direct debit authorization handled?
Members without direct debit authorization will be contacted separately by the system. They will first receive a request for payment. They will then automatically be asked to enter their bank details for a direct debit.
Can I change my bank details later?
Yes. In that case, the member would only need to reissue the direct debit authorization.
How many invoices are stored in the member account?
There is no limit to this. All invoices generated with the billing module are available to the individual member for subsequent download.
